I had always wanted to go up Meall Mor on the southern edge of Rannoch Moor but was for ever driving by saving it for another day.On the way home on Sunday I eventually got the chance as it was far too muggy for anything big.Captain Coastwalk,Gordon,Dom,Craig,Mel,Catherine and myself walked round Lochan na h-Achlaise before wending our way up to the summit.

We lounged around enjoying the views for an hour or so before heading down.The attraction of a short cut across the loch proved too much for Gordon and Dom and the boots came off....
