Don`t think I can be arsed with the drive up to Suardalan unless the weather is really good. I`d need to take my own car anyway as I`ve got no local hills to do apart from the Graham Beinn A`Clachach which is better combined with Druim Fada from Arnisdale.
As usual I`ll wait and see where and when you are going then look at the forecast and make up my mind . Sorry to piss you off Scott
Dunno yet. Will only be one night if i go. If weather good here may stay local and get out with family. Make your own arrangmenet and I will join if i can. Suardalan fine for me as I've munros to do in Glen Shiel.
I am up for the Saturday night only. I can take my car and willing to camp or stay in a bothy. Don't fancy driving too far north just for 1 night so more likely to go up to Braemar area with John. I'll be down the pub tomorrow night. Hopefully we can finalise the plans there?
John and Gordon!, I'm happy to head up to Braemar area to bag some Munros up there, have a moontin bike and a 3 bike carrier for the Tonka truck. Does that sound like a plan? Am also willing to camp out or bothy it.
Can go over the finer details tonight in the pub if that helps, but as I mentioned earlier in the thread I'll not be able to head off before about lunchtime Saturday.

Graham, Dom, Gav...what are you guys planning
I've agreed to attend an 'Edi-side-of-the-family' bash in Comrie on Saturday night, so realistically there is no way I'll make the bothy. Sorry 'bout that.
Sounds like a plan Ian! Saturday lunchtime/afternoon is fine by me.
The only slight change we could make to the plans is go somewhere further west and meet Julian and Scott on the Saturday night. John, do you have any more Munros to do further west?

That would be good Gordon, but I don't think you'll have any success talking John out of his munro bagging mission
Oh, and if you do go up any Cairngorm hills this weekend, make sure that you climb the summit tors so you can genuinely claim the hill as a bag
Graham, Dom if you are still keen to get to a bothy on Saturday night but don't want to travel all the way to Suardalan, Julian and I could head down the road and meet you further south, somewhere like Brunachan for example.
Couldn't make it down pub last night. Sorry Dom, no bothy for me this weekend but I am going out for a wander on Saturday if anyone fanceies getting soaked with me?

Well Julian, Neil and myself are heading up to Suardalan later this afternoon for either two nights or possibly heading on to Brunachan for the second night.
Anyone want to join is welcome.
Iain, Gordy and John are heading further east for just the Sat night...possibly Ruighateachain or Bob Scott's
I`ll give Bob a call and se if he wants to go up to Brunachan on Saturday night. If he does I`ll phone one of your mobiles on Saturday lunch time to see if you are staying up at Suardalan or going down to Brunachan.
