So many questions,has anyone decided what they are doing yet ? I really should try and get down the pub next Thursday.

Spoken to Andy tonight and he is up for an alternative winter solstice in the woods. I think Graham is still interested so it looks like it is going to happen. My suggestion is to go to the woods on the shore of Loch Katerine, collect wood and build a fire on Saturday. Then hopefully sit round a cosy fire into the evening.

If the weather is looking likely to be very wet would consider a bothy as an alternative.

Anyone else welcome.

I am only capable of short distances at , but still keen, suggest as short a walk in as we can possibly get.
