Following Gavin's footsteps from last week Silke, Matt, myself and a crowd of other Architect friends were camping up in Shiel Bridge for the weekend. We had ambitious plans but…… :oops:

We only managed the 4 Munros on the North Shiel ridge on the Saturday and due to a horrible night (where about 25% of the tents in the campsite were wiped out by gale force winds), we decided to pack up on Sunday morning, head for the Nevis café for breakfast and head home for an early bath.

Although the weather was crap, it was a fun social weekend. I think the photos’ might be able to explain better than words…

Gordy, are you still using that wendy tent that you had on the Rhum trip? If so no wonder the tent got blown down! :shock:

It looks like nice fowl weather to be out in!!!

Here are some more pictures on various Munro tops from a very wet but fun weekend in Glen Shiel with the most colour coordinated (nearly all in black or red) group of walking folk I have ever been in the hills. Architects for you, eh?

Hur,hur......these pics remind me of why I go out with Bob :lol:

If you could throw another pic up Silke it would get you into the elite 100+ posters hall of fame 8)
