 Post subject: Skye Meet - Monday on Glamaig Horseshoe

On Monday Rob, Katherine, Julian and I had a gentle stroll up the Glamig Horeshoe. It was my first experience hillwaking with two geologists at the same time. This was very educational and provided us with a great excuse for long, sunny water breaks whilst deciding if, for instance, a volcanic explosion had caused a mark on the rock 100 million years ago, or whether a crampon had caused it last November?? Walked that route with Fraser and Gordon a couple of years ago in the p*shing rain, didn't see a thing. Glad to see the views now :lol: Looks fantastic.

Oh, have I done those hills before? I vaguely remember it, but because of the weather it felt like doing a completely different hill anyway....
