I know chances for a positive answer are rather slim, but I try anyway (cant win, if you dont try):

If anyone does an end-of-year checking and should feel that they have too much annual leave days left over, and a bit extra cash in the bank (I know I know, not the best of years to be asking this), would someone be interested in an additional winter meet in the Southern Hemisphere, going up Aconcagua?... After such an excellent winter practising snow skills in Scotland, and "the Jennifers" advancing fast to be winter mountaineers, surely there is some potential, right:-)?

Time would be around the second half of January and/or first half of February, need about three weeks if weather would be right (currently seem to be stuck in neverending heat wave, hiding inside as sun is too hot, no Patagoian winds and rain yet...tent still covered in thick layer of Mexican dust and waiting for a proper wash...both me and the tent would actually appreciate a few rainy days).

Climbing big A. would also be an excellent way of getting quickly rid of all extra calories from the festive season!!!
Oh, well any spontanous takers? But otherwise will be content with my Patagonian low level trekking.
