Had a cracking January weekend with Bob at the old Bob Scott`s bothy before it burned down.Up the Devil`s Point, Carn Toul and Angels Peak on the Saturday and Carn A`Mhaim on the Sunday in
glorious weather

This one is on the same hills. It was taken 16 years ago and shows me striding out from Ben Macdui towards Carn a'Mhaim. The Devils Point can be seen across the Laraig Ghru. No blue sky like your pic Alex, but the cloud stayed way above the tops all day I do remember it was bloody freezing, so no jumpers like Bob above Fergie and I drove up to Linn o' Dee that day, walked in to Derry Lodge (before we had mt bikes), up Derry Cairngorm, round to Macdui, onto Carn a'Mhaim and then back out to Linn o' Dee, all in full on on winter conditions We then drove home that same day, and believe it or not Fergie was on the night shift that night



This one is taken looking the other way...from Carn a' Mhaim as I made my to Macdui. Taken last winter, when I went up the hill myself from the club meet at Muir of Inverey.
