Gordy, did you contact Gavin. He mentioned to me that he and Edi might be going up. If they were it would give you someone to bag munros with as Edi was keen to do peaks and Gavin would therefore probably not go climbing either. Anyway, after having looked at forecast for Skye I'm not sure that anyone will be going climbing...looks pretty wet for the weekend. |

Alas it was not to be ... I felt under the weather during the week, and Edi couldn't make it. In the end I was rescued from the doldrums by Sharples, who suggested I go to watch him and his mate do some routes in Yorkshire. I thought I'd potter along with my tartan rug and sandwiches to watch the hard bouldering action in the sun. In the end I even managed a route or two in between sunbathing (fully clad, you understand, lest any hearts start to race!). |
